Step On To Your Path

How the process works.

Embrace Your Growth Edge

The first thing you realize when you want to raise your level in anything is that there must be information that could guide you through the process.
The second thing you realize is that you don’t have that information currently, or you would already be where you want to go.
The third thing you realize is that you are about to go on a journey to a place you haven’t been before to discover
a new way of being in the world. The Unknown of that place is your growth edge and the beginning of your journey. It is the doorway of the plane, that you are about to parachute through the upper base camp at everest, and the place where you discover your way through the maze of stimulus and goals, to the center of your self.

Cultivate Insight

Insight is the natural result of truly quieting the mind. In the classical texts we call this Nei Guan (inner observation). The concept is built on the simple idea that if the senses are no longer triggering emotional responses, like “I want that” or “get that away from me” the one can clearly reflect the actual world around them.
This level of clarity is rarely seen in the world of business, but more and more individuals and companies are realizing that having a corporate culture based on clarity, naturally leads to healthy work environments, better business decisions, greater efficiency and longer term talent retention.

Walk Your Path

Pathfinding means walking each step of your life in conscious freedom. It is the key to the power, spontaneity, and passion that comes from continuously attending to the present moment. To be truly engaged, you must remove distraction. To remove distraction, you must look inward. To look inward, you must create stillness and observe.
Then the answer to all questions will become obvious, accessible, and clear. The tools of a pathfinder are as ancient as Daoism itself and as cutting edge as quantum computing. The tools of clarity are not complex, but they are often difficult. That is why we say: Slow is the fast way.
